Happy May! We hope you have been enjoying the gorgeous, sunny May days and the warm weather. What a wonderful little reminder that Summer is just around the corner! May has started out so wonderfully, but we want to take a quick moment to remember some of the special events we celebrated in April. The Princesses of Lindovia had a splendid time at the Chandler Elementary School Festival. We were busy painting faces all afternoon, but had such fun! We hope to attend again next year. We also attended the Mar Vista Farmer’s Market as usual. It’s always so lovely to see familiar smiling faces. We also enjoyed celebrating some very special birthdays, like Sophie’s 4th birthday, and Kate’s 4th birthday! What a extraordinary time we had with these little Princesses.
Now that April is over, we are ready for the many special events that May has to bring! Princess Rose and Blossom the fairy will be attending the Mar Vista Farmer’s Market this Sunday, May 8th from 9:30am-1:30pm. Come join us for free face painting!
One of our most exciting events this month is the Grand Opening of Books & Cookies, a new bookstore, bakery, and enrichment center for kids! Join us May 14th from 11am -1pm at Books and Cookies on Main St. for face painting, activities, and to learn about this amazing new center! Groups and classes will start the following week. Join us on May 24th from 2:30- 3:15, and every following Tuesday at Books & Cookies for a Real Princess Storytime and activity! (Times and entrance fees at www.booksandcookiela.com).
And we have more exciting news! A very special friend from Lindovia has arrived in Los Angeles to join us in celebrating special parties and events: Pearl the Mermaid! Pearl is a real mermaid from the seas of Lindovia. She is a very curious, bubbly, and friendly mermaid who loves to swim, play, paint, and sing!
